Project Description: The project is RoR project with net head of 230m. 12 m3/s of water is conveyed through 3.5m dia horse shoe type tunnel of length 3,500m up to the surge shaft of diameter 12m and height 60m. The water is later conveyed to two turbines of capacity 12 MW each. The expected annual energy generation from the project is 320 GWh.

Scope of Services:

1. Meeting with the client to gain detail information about the project;
2. Desk study and collection of project related data;
3. Purchasing and transportation of cadastral sheets from the Department of Survey of Lamjung;
4. GIS Mapping including overlay of project layout, access road and other structure areas on cadastral map;
5. Preparation of summary of land-use details including parcel numbers, land areas etc.;
6. Preparation and submission of cadastral map in appropriate scale; and
7. Coordination with client for approval of Cadastral mapping from Department of Survey.
