Project Description: The proposed Kritipur Multipurpose Covered Hall is located in Kritipur-10, Kathmandu district. It is planned for multipurpose use such as conference hall, auditorium, in-house sports etc.   

Scope of Services:

1. Set up of 2 standard benchmarks and transfer of control points using DGPS;
2. Detailed topographical survey covering all the features within and outside the boundaries for at least distance of 20m from the boundaries;
3. Developing plan and elevation of the existing structures and utilities and all prominent features within the survey area boundary;
4. Preparation of Survey data in GIS shape file using Modified Universal Transverse Mercator MUTM projection system where X, Y, Z value of the all features and necessary attribute information are provided; and
5. Developing maps in the scale of 1:250 with 1m major and 0.25m minor contour interval in A1 size paper along with the main report including D-Cards for all the established benchmarks in standard format.
